Returns & Refund Policy

Because hair products are intimate and hygienic in nature, we can only accept returns on UNOPENED, UNUSED items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Hair Tools & Hair Care products in original condition are eligible for return within 14 days.

Wigs and Extensions that have been opened, tried on, cut, coloured or altered in any way are NOT eligible for return.

To start a return, email support@shopluxuryhairbydemj.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
